1. Digital Treatment Planning Process

All guided surgery cases begin with Digital Treatment Planning.

Treatment planning includes implant positioning, prosthetic considerations, and anatomical review based on the records submitted.

Treatment Planning Turnaround Guarantee

We guarantee that digital treatment planning will be completed and ready for doctor review within: 4 business days

• Time begins once all required records are received.

• Records received after 3:00 PM EST are considered submitted the following business day.

• Business days do not include weekends or lab-observed holidays.

• Incomplete submissions will delay the start of the timeline.

2. Plan Review & Approval Options

We offer three approval pathways:

A. Asynchronous Review (No Additional Fee)

Two complimentary approval options are available:

2. Recorded video overview explanation

These options allow doctors to review and approve cases on their own schedule.

B. Live Consultation & Approval (Paid Service)

Doctors may elect to schedule a live web meeting consultation for real-time review and case approval.

Scheduling

• All live consultations must be scheduled using our official appointment scheduling tool.

• Appointments may include as many case approvals as time allows within the reserved time block.

• Additional time requires booking additional appointment blocks.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We know clinical schedules shift. If you can’t make a session, a 30-minute heads-up is greatly appreciated out of respect for our team’s workflow and other partners. We do not bill you for cancelled appointments.

• Missed appointments without notice will be billed in full.

3. Plan Approval Timeline Policy

Cases that are not approved within 30 days of treatment plan delivery will be automatically billed for digital treatment planning.

This policy ensures planning resources are allocated efficiently and protects lab time investment.

4. Surgical Guide Manufacturing Turnaround Guarantee

Once a case has been formally approved by the doctor:

We guarantee the completed surgical guide will be delivered back to your office within: 5 business days

• Timeline begins upon documented plan approval.

• Business days do not include weekends or lab-observed holidays.

• Shipping time is included.
