Guided Surgery Beta Onboarding
Welcome to the Living Tree Lab Guided Surgery Beta Program! If you would like to participate in this phase of development please contact us about joining the program first. This early access trial allows participating doctors to experience and refine our RealGUIDE self-approval workflow before full launch. Follow the steps below to set up your account, upload your first case, and begin exploring the new system.
Step 1: Download and Install RealGUIDE

Click "Download Here"

Select the appropriate download for your operating system "Windows" or "Mac OS"

Download should automatically start, when finished open the installer file and follow instructions to install RealGUIDE software on your computer.​​









Step 2: Setup RealGUIDE Account

Once installed, open RealGUIDE on your computer.​

Upon opening the software, you should see a login window pop up.

If this is your first time using RealGUIDE, click the "Create New User" button.

Fill out the New User Registration form. *Note: the email you use to sign up with is the email you will provide when uploading cases through our digital Rx form.

Once you have filled out the new user registration, head over to your email and within a few minutes you should receive an activation email from RealGUIDE US containing an account activation link. Click the link to automatically finish your account registration.

Once activated you should be able to go back to the RealGUIDE software and login. *Note: select the "Remember Password" option before clicking the "Login" button to save time when opening the software.




Step 3: Upload Your First Case!

To upload a case go to our Surgical Guide Rx case upload page https://www.livingtreelab.com/surgical-guide-rx

Fill out the prescription with case information. Under case details, please be specific to include any planned extractions, restorations, and implant site numbers.

Before uploading CBCT files, please compress them to a .ZIP folder. This will improve upload speed and reduce errors.

Intra-Oral Scans may be uploaded directly if your scanner is connected with us. If using a scanner we are not connected with, please export your scans into .STL format aligned with occlusal scan and upload them along side your CBCT files.

When done filling out case information and uploading files hit "Submit"

Keep an eye on your email and preferred contact methods for case notifications.








Step 4: Review & Approve Cases

You will receive a notification via email when a case has been updated for review. To open the case you will start by opening RealGUIDE on your computer.

Once the software is open, click the "Cloud" button in the top left of the main window.

Under the "Patients" list on the left, you should see our cases displayed as "Patient Name (shared by Nate Brock)"

Click on the patient's case to be approved and it will open a preview on the right. Next to the preview will be a "Download" button, click it.

Once download has completed click "Open" to open a view the case setup.

Navigate the 3D setup to review the plan and determine if changes need to be made to implant position.

If no changes need to be made, send us a message via email at connect@livingtreelab.com or text message at (865) 509-4509 that case for "Patients last name" is approved for production.

If changes do need to be made to implant position, click on the implant to move, adjust its position, click the "Save" button in the top left then hit "OK", hit the "Exit" button in the top right, then in the right window with the case preview hit the "Upload" button. This will automatically upload the case with your updated implant positions back to our system for approval.
