Digitally Articulated Splint
Our digitally articulated splint delivers precise occlusal refinement using advanced virtual articulator workflows. When designed from a digital CR bite and adjusted with full-jaw simulation, this appliance achieves an incredibly high level of accuracy. Thanks to our refined digital protocols and clinician-guided design approach, this appliance a predictable fit and reduced chair time without compromising quality.

What’s Included:
-
Digitally designed and adjusted full-coverage splint
-
High-resolution 3D printed models for optional in-office mounting and occlusion checks

Ideal for clinicians who want a premium appliance with the efficiency of a digital workflow and the accuracy of physical articulation without the added complexity.

Fully Articulated Splint
Our fully articulated splint represents the highest level of analog precision. Each appliance is finalized using physical models mounted on a physical articulator, allowing for detailed occlusal refinement that closely mimics in-mouth adjustments. This traditional, technician-guided approach offers the most thorough level of control over excursive pathways and centric stops, making it an excellent choice for complex cases or clinicians who prefer verification on mounted casts.

What’s Included:
-
Fully adjusted full-coverage splint
-
High-resolution 3D printed models
-
Physical articulator mounting and final adjustment
-
Round-trip records and appliance shipping
While this is our most involved appliance, many clinicians find that our digitally articulated splints meet nearly the same standard when paired with digital CR bite. We’re happy to advise on case selection to help you choose the best option for your workflow.
Supported Articulators: Denar Mark 300 Series, Kavo, Panadent

Dawson B-Splint
Our Dawson B-Splint is a full-coverage occlusal appliance system designed to provide precise, bilateral stabilization of the jaw. This set includes coordinated upper and lower arch splints that work together to support proper joint alignment and minimize parafunctional forces.
Each splint is digitally designed and fabricated in KeySplint Soft for optimal comfort, flexibility, and durability.

What’s Included:
-
Upper and lower full-coverage appliances
-
HD 3D printed working models

Ideal for patients requiring full arch stabilization with a soft, biocompatible material that supports long-term wear.

FCAS (Full Coverage appliance with Anterior Stop)
The FCAS is a full-coverage maxillary splint featuring an anterior bite stop to promote neuromuscular deprogramming and reduce clenching activity. By discluding the posterior teeth, this design helps interrupt harmful occlusal patterns and facilitates improved joint and muscle positioning during treatment. Fabricated in KeySplint Soft, the appliance offers a comfortable yet durable solution suitable for both daytime and nighttime wear.

What’s Included:
-
Full-coverage maxillary splint with precision anterior stop
-
HD 3D printed working models

This appliance can be easily paired with a lower Essix retainer to support long-term treatment by preventing posterior eruption and promoting smoother lateral and protrusive movements.

Clear Retainer
Our clear essix retainers are crafted with a focus on precision, comfort, and long-term durability. Each one is formed over high-resolution 3D printed models that are hand-blocked out to ensure optimal fit and retention. We use a positive pressure forming process for superior adaptation, and every retainer is hand-trimmed and polished for a smooth, comfortable finish.

When ordered alongside an upper appliance, we digitally design the appliance to accommodate the retainer in place—preventing distal interference from the arc of closure and ensuring smooth, balanced contact.

What’s Included:
-
Precision fit clear retainer
-
HD 3D printed model with block-out

A reliable choice for post-ortho retention, lower arch protection during anterior splint therapy, or as part of a coordinated TMD appliance plan.

Brux Checker
The Brux Checker is a thin, diagnostic appliance used to identify patterns of bruxism, parafunction, and excursive interference. When worn overnight, it reveals contact points through visible wear marks, helping clinicians assess occlusal dynamics and guide treatment planning.

Each Brux Checker is pressure-formed on a high-resolution 3D printed model for accurate fit and can be fabricated for either the upper or lower arch.

What’s Included:
-
Brux Checker appliance
-
High-definition 3D printed model
-

An excellent tool for identifying parafunctional stress patterns, communicating findings to patients, and supporting splint or equilibration planning.

Daytime Clenching Appliance
This ultrathin, transparent appliance is designed specifically for managing and retraining harmful daytime clenching habits. Made from a clear version of the Brux Checker material, it provides constant tactile feedback that helps bring subconscious parafunction into conscious awareness.

Worn passively during the day, it gently interrupts clenching behavior without interfering with speech or esthetics, making it ideal for patients in professional or social settings.

What’s Included:
-
Ultra-thin daytime appliance (upper or lower)
-
High-definition 3D printed model
